For Oily/Congested Skin
Kapha skin types often experience excess oil, congestion, and a lack of clarity, manifesting as thickened texture, blemishes, enlarged pores, whiteheads, and occasional hypopigmentation. Incorporating weekly to bi weekly herbal masks and gentle facial exfoliation helps to remove dead skin cells, dirt and debris softened by the daily use of oil. Herbal masks uplift dull skin while promoting balance, offering nourishment, reducing congestion and smoothing the appearance of the skin.
How to Use
Mix ¼ to ½ teaspoon of the dry blend with enough liquid (Kapha Clarifying Mist or filtered water) to create a smooth, spreadable paste. Apply evenly to the skin and leave on for 10–20 minutes. Gently remove with a warm, soft cloth. Can also be used to gently exfoliate the facial skin.
